This lifelike dolphin urn is ideal for scattering the ashes of a loved one at sea.

Each urn is handcrafted by skilled artisans using only eco-friendly biodegradable materials that are non-toxic to marine life. It is designed to hold the complete ashes of one adult.

Placed gently on the water, the urn floats briefly before sinking, where the ashes will break down naturally over time.

A water soluble bag and scattering instructions are included. The base seals with a water-soluble, non-toxic glue (Elmer's or similar) — please note this is not included.

How long does the urn take to sink?

These urns are designed to float for about 5-15 min, however float time will depend on specific water and weather conditions. Also keep in mind that these urns are designed for the complete ashes of one adult. Therefore only including a partial amount of ashes may result in longer float time — in that case, adding weighted material such as sand or stones will help the urn submerge properly.
